Specialist, Account Management (Talent Pool)

We are looking for a Specialist, Account Management to be based in Kuantan, Pahang. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring fast, sustainable growth for our restaurant partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to drive consistent growth for the client’s business.
- Track each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
- Maintain deep knowledge of foodpanda’s business model and the online food‑ordering market.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide feedback and identify industry trends.Act as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs.Work with internal support functions to ensure every deal on the platform meets quality standards.Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time.Facilitate client needs fulfillment with internal departments.Qualifications
2‑3 years’ experience in a client‑management role (preferable).Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within F&B, media, advertising, FMCG or e‑commerce.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.Adaptability and strong problem‑solving skills.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.Fluency in other languages is an added advantage.Key Competencies
