Responsibilities
- Oversee IT support operations by working with external vendors to ensure seamless installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Administer company‑wide IT platforms, including Google Workspace and other critical business systems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, manage procurement, and ensure cost‑effective technology solutions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end IT support functions, including the installation, configuration, monitoring, and management of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, as well as necessary upgrades and repairs.
- Provide technical support across the organization.
- Remediate detected vulnerabilities to uphold a high‑security standard.
- Stay abreast of IT security trends and news.
Qualifications
At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in managing and troubleshooting general IT infrastructure.At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent.Specific administrator‑level knowledge of major cloud platforms like Google Workspace.Excellent English written and oral skills.Collaborative approach to problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Benefits
