Positions available in Bukit Jalil (Kuala Lumpur), Sedenak (Johor), and Ulu Tiram (Johor).

About the Role

We are representing a leading hyperscale data centre developer seeking an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to lead large-scale construction projects. You will oversee all civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
  • Oversee civil, structural, and architectural works to meet standards and codes.
  • Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.
  • Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and designs.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Drive construction, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in data centre, micro-electronics, or critical infrastructure preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.
