Role Overview
At SMX, the Creative Director is the visionary force behind everything we make — from GWP campaigns and packaging experiences to immersive brand worlds and multi-channel storytelling. This role leads the creative department, ensuring we remain innovative, strategic, and culturally relevant while delivering commercial impact for our clients.
You will be responsible for setting the creative vision, leading ideation across disciplines, and elevating the overall creative standard of the agency. You’ll work closely with clients, leadership, and delivery teams to translate brand ambition into disruptive, memorable creative work that wins hearts, minds, and market share.
