Production Technician

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Technician to join our dynamic team at Tatsumori (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. In this full‑time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimising our production processes, ensuring we deliver high‑quality products to our customers consistently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting on production equipment to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Monitor production machines, adjust processes to maintain quality and optimise output.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new production machinery and systems.
• Work with the chargeman to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Provide technical support to production operators as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on production activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous technical improvement.
• Assist the chargeman with electrical tasks when required.
