Roles and Responsibilities

• All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site. Serve as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
• Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of progress, negotiate changes and variations, and solve arising issues.
• Ensure adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contracts.
• Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision.
• Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts and act as liaison for the customer on contract matters.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy / strategy.
• Apply best practices and understand how one's area integrates with others; be aware of market competition.
• Propose solutions outside set parameters to address complex manufacturing processes with technical variety or interdependent production cycles.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience, may lead small low‑risk projects, and facilitate consensus on topics within the field.
