The Head of Maxis Centre will be mainly focusing in delivering unmatched customer experience at retail. To manage store performance in terms of showcasing products and lifestyle services, and creating buying behaviour for customers while driving operational excellence. To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture. Be a Maxis ambassador who believes that face‑to‑face interactions play an important role in creating LIKE moments for customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical skills to execute sales and service strategies that guide the retail store team to attract walk‑in customers to the store and convert into sales opportunities.
• Display entrepreneurial skills by driving change and continuous innovations to deliver company’s ambitions, understanding customers’ needs and market environment.
• Focus on career growth and development of the staff by consistently providing support, leadership, mentoring and coaching as a role model.
• Create a positive performance culture across staff while maintaining high morale and motivation.
• Collaborate with surrounding business partners to uplift performance and ensure consistency.
• Drive operational excellence by efficiently ensuring quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures.
