Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator (Construction / Building Materials)

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality concrete masonry units (CMU) , committed to innovation, reliability, and excellence in the construction industry. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to join our team and support both business development and sales operations .

If you have a technical background in construction and enjoy connecting with people while keeping things organized behind the scenes, this role offers a great balance of field engagement and office coordination . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Conduct technical presentations and provide product solutions to clients at their offices and project sites.

Prepare quotations, internal delivery advice, and related sales documentation to ensure smooth project coordination.

Follow up with clients on quotations, deliveries, and payments.

Liaise closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

Education : Diploma or Degree in any field. Candidates with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture , or other construction-related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Ability to read and interpret building drawings and specifications .

Experience : Open to fresh graduates! Experienced candidates are also welcome and will be considered for higher responsibilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office ; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English .

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .

Punctual and responsible , with good attention to detail and time management.

Required to work half‑day on Saturdays (9AM–1PM) .
