About the job

• Assist the CFO in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Support capital management, treasury activities, investment planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation within the finance function.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high‑performing department.
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters and business performance.
