Able to adapt to an energetic and open working environment. Eager and willing to grow together with the company. Proficient in English and Mandarin. Business travel is required.
As a Operations Director, the ideal applicant should be acting as the cornerstone of efficient and effective business operations. Tasked with overseeing the day‑to‑day activities, an Operations Director ensures that the company runs smoothly and efficiently, aligning operational goals with the broader strategic objectives of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the teams of administrative, customer service, finance, and human resources in daily operations.
- Collaborate with top management, including taking instructions from and providing advice to the CEO to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Support discussions between departments to ensure they remain fully informed and well‑placed.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for operational management and the development of systems and networks.
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and manage all related processes.
- Shape long‑term operational strategies and align operations with business objectives.
