YOUR ROLE

• Management of the Concur System : Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies.
• Use of IT Tools : Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency.
• Creation of Queries for Reporting : Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups : Coordinate and manage external vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget.
