- What You'll Do
- 1) ERP Reporting
- Update daily in-house production reports into M3 ERP system
- Record and track external subcontracting production and returns
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all production and inventory modules.
- 2) Subcontracting Process Coordination
- Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for subcontracting jobs
- Monitor subcontracting progress and delivery timelines
- Perform Goods Receiving (GRN) in ERP for subcontracted materials and products.
- 3) Inventory Management
- Monitor and track raw material and finished goods inventory
- Conduct routine stock checks and system reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- 4) Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date records for procurement, delivery, and receiving
- Ensure all reporting complies with internal controls and audit standards
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and QA teams to support operational flow.
- What You Need to Succeed
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Familiarity with subcontracting workflows, inventory processes, and PR / PO cycles.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments
- Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management principles.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciling data.
