Senior Bancassurance Advisor

Job Title : Senior Bancassurance Advisor at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad.

Responsibilities

• Foster a healthy relationship with branch staff and branch managers to generate referrals.
• Focus on walk‑in customers and leverage the bank’s database to cross‑sell bancassurance products.
• Proactively communicate product and service offerings to branch staff.
• Collaborate with the branch team and refer clients to PFCs / CRMs.
• Conduct mobile sales to meet clients.
• Obtain business resources from referrals and leads.
• Perform after‑sales servicing.
• Establish and strengthen customer relationships.
• Meet sales targets set by the bank.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and branch staff to ensure effective liaison, coordination, and operational efficiency.
• Achieve target percentage of successful closures as specified by the business.
• Conduct fact‑finding, insurance need analysis, and provide prompt advice and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and action plans to increase insurance product activity and sales.
• Be knowledgeable about the bank’s products, benefits, promotions, and procedures.
• Provide personal financial advisory services to prospective customers.
• Maintain required persistency and cooling‑off ratios.
