- Main contact point with customer throughout the NPI stage
- Maintain communication with customer for obtaining project specifications and requirements. Obtain forecast information from BD for capacity planning

NPI Project to MPNPI BudgetEnsure RFQ, DFM, FMEA and capacity planning are done as requiredEnsure project timeline and quality is met according to customer requirementsRespond and act promptly to changes from customer on delivery and forecastOrganize and form project team from relevant functional departmentsLead project periodic meetings with customerLead project related meetings to drive deliverables with respective internal departments, mainly :Tooling MIL
Process FMEAWeekly meetingProject Status Review (PSR)NPI Transfer to MPPrepare NPI budget and monitor NPI expenses until it is closedLead ECN initiated by customer, and follow-up until it is fully implementedReview BOM & Routing before every build to ensure its accuracyEnsure 4M1E is ready prior to every NPI buildFamiliar with SAP system to check inventory, check and download BOMEffective communication internally & with customerCapable of leading and supervising direct reports and cross functional teamLead sustaining project, as assigned by PM HODLead new project RFQ activities, as assigned by PM HODConsolidate all liabilities after each NPI build and present to PM HOD & BD Manager for reviewEscalate to PM HOD / Director whenever there is high risk affecting project executionTo be responsible for the introduction and implementation of GB / TAny ad-hoc task as assigned by PM HODResponsible for the implementation and execution of the integration plan of the departmentFamiliar with ISO13485 standards and related regulationsProficient in ISO13485 process confirmation and ISO14971 requirements of relevant standards for risk assessment, proficient in writing risk plans and risk reports, proficient in production and post-production information collectionREQUIREMENTS :At least 5 years of relevant technical experience (tooling, molding, CNC, stamping, product development or EMS is preferred)More than 8 years of working experience in MNC, with 2 years of experience in supervisory role is an added advantageMandarin-speaking is an added advantageQualifications
