Event Project Executive

Established contact with potential client in order to close sales contract and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentations to ensure smooth operation and collection of payments.

Manage overall pre-show planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.

Requirements :

Diploma in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Good written and verbal English.

Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel & PowerPoint.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to details.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

Possess own transport.

Able to work outstation / overseas project.
