Technical Supervisor

Job Requirement :

• A recognized Degree in Accounting or equivalent (e.g., Professional Accountancy Qualification).
• Good technical knowledge in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• At least 5 years’ experience gained in a medium-sized professional accounting practice OR at least 3 years’ experience gained in a Big Four firm, with a minimum of 1.5 most current years spent in an audit technical and training department.
• Strong analytical and leadership qualities with a high degree of technical competence.
• Prior experience in conducting / assisting in the conduct of trainings and seminars will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability or experience in supporting technical, training, and compliance-related work under the leadership of a technical superior.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Dedicated, result-oriented, and positive attitude.
