Penerangan pekerjaanA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in trade marketing or sales within the FMCG industry (experience in trade marketing across the General Trade channels is an added advantage). Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and campaign performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration. Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in marketing tools and software is an advantage. Competitive annual salary and benefits package. Responsibilities
- Design and implement trade marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies tailored to specific channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor the performance of trade marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively to optimize marketing ROI.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key retail partners.
- Oversee the development of point-of-sale materials and in-store displays.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade marketing initiatives.
