IT Technician

Join our dynamic team as an IT Technician at Macserve System Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our valued clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their technology infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot Macintosh hardware and software issues using Apple tools.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems.

Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.

Provide end‑user training and support to ensure optimal technology utilisation.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems and policies.

Document all IT support activities and maintain accurate records.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or technician role.

Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.

Hands‑on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Operate on MacOS, common operating systems, applications, and network protocols.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to use Apple Diagnostic Tools will be added advantage.
