Collaboration : Work with brand and store managers to determine which products will be featured and to ensure visual standards are maintained across locations.
Maintain Brand Standards : Execute and maintain consistent visual standards across all retail locations to uphold the brand's image.
Space Utilization : Using creative design principles to effectively utilize space and create compelling displays that draw attention to products.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in retail, merchandising, or marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong sense of detail and brand presentation.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with both HQ and outlet teams.
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel for store visits when required.
