• About the Role :
• We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and forward-thinking Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru.
• This role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, with the potential to transition into a Manufacturing Engineer position in the future.
• Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manufacturing Engineering team in daily operations, sustaining activities, production line setup, and troubleshooting. You will also contribute to new product transitions and act as a delegate in the absence of a Manufacturing Engineer.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on technical expertise in advanced manufacturing practices, particularly in robotics and precision technologies, alongside excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic process improvement initiatives will be a distinct advantage.

• Qualifications & Competencies :
• At least 2-4 years of role-related work experience is required.Proven hands-on experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing (e.g., etchers, deposition tools, wafer handlers, robotics). Proficiency in interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.Familiarity with vacuum systems, thermal systems, and cleanroom operations. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
