Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement Process Automation solution and KPI Dashboards via UiPath and other technologies or tools such as (python, SQL, VBA).
- Work closely with business to identify business needs and define automation plan.
- Identify processes with automation potential.
- Involve in process optimization & simplification of existing process flow to maximize automation potential.
- Define KPI to measure and (re)evaluate benefits of robotized processes.
- Collaborate with the dynamic global team to drive MT automation initiative to the next level in an agile manner.
Job Requirements
Manage and lead the Automation Office and Automation Tools activities.Strong understanding of automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation and risk management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in process automation, business process management, or workflow automation is a plus.Review BOT performance metrics to ensure continued sustainability and growth potential.Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Systems or Business related degree majoring in computing systems3-5 years of related working experienceProactive problem solver with good planning and organizing abilitiesAttention to detail and quality consciousnessCommitted team player with can-do, result-oriented attitudeAdvanced written, verbal analytical and communication skills required (English)Our Offer to You
