Assistant - Customer Care (Contract)

Penerangan pekerjaanManage customer complaints until case is closed via social media, walk-in, phone calls or emails. Make public announcements. Daily operations at Concierge. Reply via our omni-channel system (CEH), attending telephone calls and face-to-face requests. Handle emergency accidents and incidents. Assist with the loaning of amenities, lost & found, and assisting senior citizens. Opening and closing of counter. Delight customers on a daily basis and during the festive season.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Fluency in vernacular languages such as Mandarin or Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on key holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Hari Raya. The role requires a six-day workweek
- Shifts are scheduled between 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM or 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM, depending on operational needs.
- Work schedule will be based on the duty roster and subject to the Team Lead's arrangements.
