JOB PURPOSE
The Lead of Service Enablement is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the planning, delivery, and optimization of enterprise digital services. This role oversees three key subdivisions :
- Agile Infrastructure Project Management
- Productivity Services (Microsoft 365, Market Info Systems, Identity Governance & other emerging tools)
The role ensures seamless integration of technology with business needs, fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational standardization with excellence.
The role also includes responsibilities for cloud platform solution architecture and embedding Agile DevSecOps frameworks into service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute service enablement strategy aligned with business goals.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient digital workplace solutions.Manage annual budgets and monitor monthly expenditures.Establish governance frameworks for service delivery, product lifecycle, and project execution.Implement agile and hybrid methodologies; ensure tools and trackers are effectively utilized.Oversee infrastructure projects, vendor management, and solution architecture (cloud-native, M365, identity & access).Drive adoption and optimization of collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Intune, etc.).Champion AI, automation, and DevSecOps practices across service delivery.Collaborate with InfoSec, Risk, Network, and Cloud CoE teams to ensure compliance and performance.Evaluate emerging technologies for integration and continuous improvement.Lead people management (coaching, development, appraisals) and foster a culture of innovation.Maintain delivery excellence across SLA, customer satisfaction, system availability, and audit metrics.Govern IT strategy, risk management, CI / CD pipelines, incident resolution, and platform performance.DESIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILL
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; professional certifications in IT Service Management, Architecture, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ITIL).15+ years in IT Service Delivery, with 8+ years in leadership roles managing diverse teams.Strong expertise in infrastructure solutioning, product and project management, and regulatory compliance.Proven knowledge of IT services, infrastructure, security, and industry best practices.Skilled in systems thinking, design thinking, change leadership, analytics, and problem-solving.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement across all levels, including regulators and vendors.High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.Seniority Level : Mid‑Senior level
