Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and control processes. Experience with debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Strong leadership and team management presentation skills. Able to present confidently and articulate financial numbers to the management team and executive committee. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Able to work with Group Finance and meet HQ Finance Policies and adhere strictly to Group Consolidation deadlines. Willingness to travel as needed. Language : Proficiency in English is a must.
