Job Responsibilities :
Lead and motivate branch sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Supervise daily branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and cashier activities.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline to ensure company standards are met.
Train and guide new team members, conduct on-the-job coaching to improve product and sales knowledge.
Prepare and review branch sales reports, stock records, and performance updates.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations and marketing activities.
Ensure accurate documentation of all sales and transactions.
Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and a welcoming store environment.
Actively collect market feedback and propose improvement ideas to management.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of retail or sales supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
