About The Role

Join our finance team as an Account Receivable Officer ! This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and values accuracy and teamwork.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Review and validate billing requests, ensuring information and documents are accurate before processing.
• Prepare and process invoices in SAP and CargoWise, following internal policies and timelines.
• Verify rates and billing details to ensure compliance and profitability.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end closing and audits.
• Generate credit notes and manage billing adjustments when required.
• Support continuous process improvements and assist with ad‑hoc finance projects.
