About the Role :
As a Talent Recruiter, you will gain hands‑on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent and building strong candidate relationships.
What you'll be doing :
- Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles especially in the banking industry.
- Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications :
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to learn.Possibility to convert to permanent full‑time role based on performance.Open to Fresh Graduates.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BGC Group by 2x.
