Responsibilities

Responsible for trades delivery planning and ensure timely delivery as per territory assigned
Work closely with stakeholders (buyers, traders, contract team, customer service, pricing, finance, factory planner etc) to ensure execution risks are identified in advance
Proactively highlight and resolve issues related to the execution of the shipment
Manage other ad-hoc shipping or operational activities
Align trade delivery with buyers’ expectations
Attend trade enquiry by offering quotation
Manage brand registration on a monthly basis
Facilitate sample requests from buyers and traders
Adhere to company SOP to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics or its equivalent

Experience in container shipment will be an advantage

Ability to multitask

Good analytical skills

Good interpersonal skills and team player
