Facilitate talent management initiatives including identification, calibration, and development of high potential employees to strengthen leadership and succession pipelines.
Drive change management efforts and embed the company’s culture and values to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace at business units.
Serve as trusted advisor for business units’ line managers by providing guidance on people matters including talent development, talent acquisition and employee relations matters.
