Penerangan pekerjaan5天制 / 5 Days Work Week 周一至周五 Monday – Friday 上午 8 : 00 – 下午 5 : 30 (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM) 与分销商及批发商保持紧密合作，共同实现公司既定的销售目标。Work closely with distributors and wholesalers to achieve the company’s sales objectives. 建立并维护所服务客户的良好合作关系，定期进行销售拜访、业务回顾及商务谈判。Build and maintain strong relationships with serviced customers through regular sales visits, business reviews, and negotiations. 积极识别业务增长机会，推荐相关产品组合，以推动交叉销售和追加销售。Build and maintain strong relationships with serviced customers through regular sales visits, business reviews, and negotiations. 有效落实各类贸易促销与市场推广活动，确保执行到位并达成预期效果。Effectively implement trade promotions and marketing activities, ensuring proper execution and desired outcomes. 确保产品在渠道中的充足供应、良好陈列及高可见度。Ensure adequate product supply, proper merchandising, and high visibility across all channels. 与市场部及销售经理紧密配合，推动新品上市和市场推广活动。Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department and Sales Manager to drive new product launches and promotional campaigns. 跟进客户付款进度，确保应收账款的及时回收，降低坏账风险。Follow up on customer payment schedules to ensure timely collection of receivables and minimize credit risks. 持续监控销售业绩和竞争对手动态，编制并提交周度及月度销售报告。Continuously monitor sales performance and competitor activities, preparing and submitting weekly and monthly sales reports. 收集并反馈市场信息，为公司战略和持续改进提供支持。Gather and provide market feedback to support company strategies and continuous improvement. 能够根据业务需求安排外地出差。Willing to travel outstation as required by business needs. 跨部门协作，确保为客户提供高效、顺畅及优质的服务体验，并在需要时代表公司参加展会、行业活动或客户会议。Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient, seamless, and high-quality customer service, while representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings when necessary. 具备 至少3年快速消费品 (FMCG) 销售经验，烘焙 / 食品行业优先。 能够与客户建立长期合作关系，推动销售增长。 可接受外地出差（Outstation）并适应不同市场需求。 熟悉中英文沟通者优先 / Preferably bilingual in Mandarin & English.
