Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and compliance with labor laws
• Strong skills in training and development, and organizational development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry
