Sales Executive
Seeking a dynamic and highly driven leader to lead sale growth, marketing activities, and network development.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively seek new potential market and customers.
- Implement sale strategy and campaigns to achieve aggressive monthly targets.
- Support the agents with marketing tools, and sales kit to drive customer acquisitions.
- Actively recruit and develop new agents network nationwide.
- Coach and mentor agents on sale, customer service and career growth.
- Work closely with agents to strengthen customer satisfaction and relationship based service.
- Actively organize exhibitions and roadshows at developer sites, property fairs to promote sales.
- Keep track agent sales activities.
- Optimize and operate efficiently.
- Generate internal reports and prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration or any discipline.At least 2-3 years of working experience in sale and agency development (consumer goods industry preferred).Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.Proactive, team player, dynamic, mature with positive attitude and willing to learn.Able to multi-task and work with dedication to meet deadlines and objectives.Excellent communication and follow up skill, good problem solving skill, multi-tasking, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented.Possess own transport.Seniority level
