Strategic Leadership & PlanningOwn the end-to-end segment marketing strategy and planning for all B2B segments.Align marketing and activation activities with segment sales objectives and customer needs.Market Insight & Proposition DevelopmentChampion market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies tailored to each segment.Campaign, Event & Activation ExecutionLead the planning and flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, activations, and sponsorships.Oversee logistics, budget, vendor relationships, and ensure impactful customer experiences.Maxis Business Innovation Centre (MBIC) ManagementStrategically manage and optimise the MBIC as a showcase for Maxis Business solutions.Ensure premium customer engagement, daily operations, and technology infrastructure.Sales Enablement & Lead ManagementEquip sales teams with insights, training, and tools to engage prospects.Establish and optimise lead qualification and handoff processes with Sales.Performance Management & ReportingDefine and track KPIs for all marketing, events, and MBIC activities.Provide regular, data-driven performance reviews and actionable insights to senior management.Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, mentor, and manage Segment Marketing, Events & Activation, and Innovation Centre Specialists.Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key liaison with internal teams (Sales and Product / Solutions) and external partners (vendors, agencies).Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of all activities with business goals.What’s next?
