Senior Manager, Commercial Ecosystem Projects
A leading fintech innovator in Malaysia, providing Malaysians with a widely used integrated super app for e‑wallet payments as well as investment & financial tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Strategy & Execution : Spearhead the development and implementation of cross‑functional commercial initiatives across verticals such as mobility, telco, gaming, and eCommerce.
- Project Leadership : Manage the full lifecycle of strategic, high‑impact projects from planning to successful execution.
- Commercial Alignment : Design initiatives with a strong focus on merchant and user needs, ensuring tangible outcomes in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and user engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with key internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Operations, Risk, and others to align goals, gain buy‑in, and drive seamless execution.
- Process & Operational Enhancement : Identify gaps and lead improvements in key commercial processes—such as refund handling, PSR, and reconciliation—to optimise performance and user experience.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights : Measure project success through data‑driven insights, generate reporting, and communicate outcomes to senior and executive leadership.
- Innovation & Future Planning : Stay ahead of industry trends in payments and platforms; translate market developments into strategic ecosystem initiatives that future‑proof the business.
