1. Recruitment & Selection

2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Support the creation and execution of employer branding campaigns (social media, career pages, digital ads, etc.).
Develop engaging recruitment visuals, job posts, and internal event collaterals in collaboration with the marketing / creative team.
Coordinate photo / video shoots, content creation, and success stories to highlight company culture.
Assist in planning and executing HR-related marketing such as open days, campus recruitment, and job fairs.
Manage social media presence related to company culture, achievements, and employee engagement.
3. HR Operations & Onboarding
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires (orientation, documentation, system access, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR records in compliance with local labor laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
Support administrative tasks such as confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and welfare programs.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular recruitment, turnover, and branding performance reports.
Maintain recruitment cost analysis and vendor coordination.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in HR data management.
