Overview

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone calls and emails. The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s website shopping channel.

Job details

Salary : Up to RM 3300
Working hours : 24x7 rotational shift (9 hours in a day, 5 working days in a week)
Intake dates : 3rd November & 6th November

Responsibilities

Handle calls, emails and chats in English

Qualifications

English language proficiency

Local Malaysians only (Penang)
