Chef / Supervisor / Assistant Chef / Kitchen Helper & Crew
Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of Halal dim sum dishes , ensuring compliance with halal standards; assisting in preparing local Malaysian / Asian dishes with authenticity and consistency; supporting in baking bread, pastries, and desserts as per menu requirements; ensuring all food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and quality standards; following kitchen SOPs and contributing to a clean and organized work environment; collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations; and being open to learning and taking on new culinary responsibilities as required.
