To check, prepare, and serve according to customer specifications or orders.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness according to restaurant standards.
Clears, cleans, and sanitizes tables and workstations.
Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, and other containers and returns to the appropriate location in the kitchen area.
To get reviews from customers after meals.
Monitor and address guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and address any issues promptly.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
