Accountant

Company Background

We are representing our client a well-established property agency industry based in Kota Damansara (HQ) . As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a Full Set Accountant (New Position) to manage the complete accounting functions for a group of 6 subsidiary companies.

Position Title : Full Set Accountant (Permenant Position)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly financial reporting for multiple subsidiaries.
• Prepare and submit e-invoices in accordance with LHDN requirements .
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Manage tax computation, SST submission , and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Manage vendor payments, staff claims , and statutory remittances.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for smooth and timely year-end audits.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and internal policies.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
