Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in coordinating projects with product, marketing, and business teams. Help ensure alignment on goals, timelines, resources, and success measures. Support communication and reporting to leadership on project progress and impact. Work with the analytics team to analyze user behavior, conversion gaps, and growth drivers. Monitor key growth indicators and user performance trends. Support the development of business cases and financial models for growth opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in strategy, growth, or analytics roles Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic financial models. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to growth initiatives. Flexi clock-in hours. Monthly eWallet allowance. Job Brief :
We are seeking an analytical and motivated Growth Strategy Associate to join our Growth Strategy & Performance team. In this role, you will support growth initiatives by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and assisting in cross-functional projects that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will work closely with product, marketing, data, and business teams to contribute to sustainable growth in a fast-paced super app environment.
This is a good opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to learn, experiment, and develop their skills in growth strategy and data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities :
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Assist in translating data insights into actionable growth strategies aligned with company objectives and user needs.
- Support the identification of new growth opportunities and user segments.
- Help execute and track key growth initiatives across teams.
- Contribute to monthly / quarterly growth planning with support on KPIs and execution roadmaps.
