Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms to achieve targeted KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the gaming and entertainment sectors.
- Budget Management : Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Creative Development : Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Travel : Be willing to travel within the SEA region as required to meet business needs and objectives.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, specifically in managing Google and Facebook ads.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment sectors.Language Skills : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations.Technical Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.How to Apply :
