Prepare baseline management products and agree them with the Project Steering Committee.

Work closely with the stakeholder and manage the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

To have clear matrix of responsibility or work share between RSMY / principle / customers / vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors

Ensuring clear responsibilities, compliance matters and effective communication.

Monitor progress, budget, and resources, taking corrective action as needed.

Prepare project documentation and reports.

Handle contract review, payment terms and execution.

For regional responsibilities, coordinate in the preparation of offers, responses to RFT, RFQ, RFI and RFP.

Participate in technical solutions discussions with AS in R&S HQ and drive the deliverables of solutions and offers

Bridge between respective country Sales and Engineering team in providing solutions that meet the technical & commercial requirements
