Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify, vet, and onboard relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators aligned with campaign objectives Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to ensure win‑win partnerships Coordinate KOL campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion, and provide insightful reports Maintain and nurture long‑term influencer relationships for ongoing collaborations Monitor industry trends in creator economy and apply insights to campaign optimization Manage and schedule daily content for RED, Instagram, and Facebook in line with the content calendar Collaborate on content strategy, localization, and campaign messaging to resonate with the gaming and lifestyle audience Foster community interaction by responding to followers’ questions and comments promptly Analyze performance data across platforms and support reporting for social growth metrics Support cross‑channel marketing efforts and creative brainstorms with internal teams Minimum 2–3 years experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or social media content strategy Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English Passion for gaming, pop culture, lifestyle, or youth trends is highly preferred Highly organized, creatively driven, and capable of managing multiple timelines simultaneously Proficient in basic performance analysis (engagement rates, ROI, etc.)

Position Summary :
As a Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for executing influencer marketing strategies and social media operations across platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and Facebook. This hybrid role bridges KOL management (60%) with social content creation and community engagement (40%) — ideal for individuals who thrive at the intersection of creator partnerships and community-driven storytelling.
