Support the Managed Services Client Service Desk team with technical administrative tasks in a Cantonese-speaking, entry-level IT customer service role at NTT DATA.
Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing technical administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
- Performing entry-level technical administrative tasks as required by the team.
- Receiving, validating, and logging client requests, capturing detailed information.
- Ensuring correct escalation procedures are followed for critical calls and requests.
- Analyzing and interpreting requests to ensure correct categorization and prioritization.
- Collaborating with colleagues to keep users updated on ticket / request progress.
- Maintaining all relevant documentation related to tickets and client information.
- Communicating professionally to provide updates and inform clients of actions taken on their behalf.
About you

Fluency in Cantonese to support Hong Kong-based clients.Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 shift structure based on a defined roster.Strong English verbal and written communication skills.Ability and integrity to interact with various stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.Good attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and elevate issues appropriately.Minimum qualification : high school certificate (SPM or equivalent).Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; any background considered (IT / Computer Science / Engineering courses advantageous but not mandatory).Basic experience in customer service, IT, or call center environments is a plus.This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible
