About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a knack for selling and the drive to acquire and grow client relationships. If you have prior experience in sales—lead generation, cold calls, and face-to-face sales interactions—and are adaptable to learning IT systems and solutions, this is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across key industries (Field Services, F&B, retail, solar, etc.).Own the sales cycle — from outreach, discovery, pitching, and follow-ups to closing.Maintain a healthy pipeline and track activities in our CRM.Understand client pain points and demonstrate how Caction addresses them.Work closely with the seniors and Head of Business Development on sales strategy, messaging, and account prioritization.Assist senior sales specialists during client meetings and product demonstrations.Develop a strong understanding of our digital transformation products and services.Create and manage demo accounts to showcase product capabilities.Prepare presentation slides and other sales materials.Generate and follow up on quotations for potential clients.Request and manage necessary documents from clients.Support the sales team in various administrative tasks as needed.What We’re Looking For
