Social Media and Content Specialist We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Content Specialist to be the voice and visual curator of our brand across all digital channels. This role is primarily focused on developing, executing, and analyzing engaging social media content. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media trends, possesses strong graphic design and copywriting skills, and is comfortable assisting with email and website updates. Must be proficient with basic video editing and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe). -Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions and calls-to-action tailored to the nuances of each platform. -Community Management: Actively monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and messages to build an engaged online community and manage brand reputation. -Performance Analysis: Track and report on key social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and use data to refine future content and strategy.
