Bao Service Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-registered company specializing in data-driven energy efficiency solutions . Our mission is simple — to help businesses reduce electricity bills through our innovative Metering-as-a-Service (MaaS) model.

We provide clients with continuous energy monitoring, analysis, and actionable cost‑saving recommendations — all without heavy upfront investment in hardware.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to grow Bao Service’s presence in Johor and Melaka . This is a remote, performance-driven role , ideal for someone who is resourceful, independent, and passionate about helping businesses manage energy costs better.

You don’t need to be an engineer — what matters most is your sales capability, initiative, and local connections .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive adoption of Bao Service’s energy efficiency offerings.
Identify and engage potential clients such as factories, industrial estates, and commercial facilities .
Conduct site visits, gather basic load or billing data, and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
Present Energy Efficiency packages and explain ROI, payback, and performance outcomes clearly to clients.
Track and report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback regularly.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree is preferred.

Proven sales or business development experience , ideally in engineering, energy.

Strong local knowledge and business network in Johor and / or Melaka .

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Possess own transport and willing to travel within the southern region for client meetings.
