Responsibilities
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and feedback via WhatsApp.
Handle customer messages on company platform (Homily Link), ensuring smooth and effective communication on the platform.
Process account-related requests, including account opening and modifications, in accordance with company policies.
Add platform virtual coins (an internal reward system, not related to cryptocurrency) to eligible customer accounts based on company guidelines and customer status.
Regularly update class groups with headquarters’ course replays, ensuring smooth playback and providing members who missed live sessions with learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
Working Hours : 6 days / week, 9 : 30am–6 : 00pm
Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or professional qualification in Business or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Familiarity with WhatsApp, online platforms, or community management tools.
Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately follow operational procedures.
Previous experience in customer service, operations, or learning support is an advantage.
