Assistant Manager - Sustainability

Develop and implement sustainability strategies, initiatives and programs across the organization.

Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Conduct sustainability assessments, audits and identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact.

Promote and educate employees, suppliers and partners on sustainable practices.

Manage sustainability-related projects, certifications and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Drive waste reduction, water conservation and energy efficiency programs.

Prepare sustainability reports and stay updated on trends and best practices in sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability or environmental management.
• Good knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful and passionate about sustainability and corporate responsibility.
