Summary

• Customer Service – Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times by engaging with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Performs Host duties as requested and required with operational needs in all areas of the hotel.
• Ensures that Guest Satisfaction Survey (HySat) score is achieved or exceeded the corporate target.
• Handles all guests inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved exceeding expectations.
• Maintains positive working relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
• Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
• Works closely with other Hosts in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Be supportive and flexible with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
• Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and manually wash specific items as needed.
• Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling, compost, and garbage bins according to hotel policies.
• Ensure kitchen stations are stocked with necessary supplies, including dishware and kitchen utensils.
• Report any issues with kitchen equipment or dishwashing machines and assist with minor repairs if required.
• Follow hotel health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.
• Support the Kitchen team with basic prep tasks or other duties as directed.
